I went in to have my hair colored in order to have my grey covered and then to have some lowlight streaking added so my hair would not be so blonde. She over bleached my hair so that it was pure white on the whole top of my head. I asked them to blend some dark streaking back onto the top of my head so it wouldn't be pure white. I ended up with burgandy/purple, red, and some dark brown areas - plus I have pure white roots. She didn't dry my hair nor did she offer me a hand mirror so I could see how it looked in the back. Didn't want me to see how awful it turned out.They have destroyed my hair. I have to travel with my hair like this as we are leaving. Plus during the 5 - 1/2 hours I sat there, they turned away probably 10 walk-in customers requesting hair cuts, in order to work on each other's hair. Wish I could vote much lower. Worst 'beauty' shop ever.

Horrible customer service. Will not be doing business with them again. Also very expensive and they do a terrible job for the price they charge.

Stopped in for a haircut on a whim and was so happy with the service, Lydia and Rachel were very friendly! Rachel did a fantastic job and my haircut came out exactly how I wanted! I will definitely be coming back!

Ghetto looking people cutting hair. Can't fade and it was very disappointing. I don't think they cut men's hair and mainly focus on the elderly and take advantage of them. I think the person cutting my hair was a man or woman not sure, and was that a tattoo on his/her face?

This cost cutter has the most ridiculous customer service. After two years having my husbands and my hair cut, colored, waxing services and buying product from them they refused give exchange one faulty bottle of their brand hairspray $9.00 because I did not have a receipt. Who keep a hair cut receipt. Their wholesale price on that spray is $4.50 or less. They lost us as customer which is sad as we loved our hairdresser. By the way this was the managers decision. I think cooperate will hear about this.
