I came here on a recommendation, and have not been disappointed! The staff is very welcoming and kind, and talented! Heather makes sure I leave satisfied, and I never feel rushed. She truly takes her time with my hair. I brought my mom here, and she was cut and styled by Tina. She’s excited by all the compliments she continues to receive on the cut even weeks later. I highly recommend The Realm!

I definitely would recommend The Realm Salon! It’s my go to place for my hair and nails! My daughter and I go to Heather Olmos-Depreter for our hair! She’s the best in town! We won’t go to anyone else! Tonya Campbell is the best at nails! My daughter loves getting her nails done with Tonya!

This salon is comfortable and clean. Stylist Tina B listened carefully and customized my cut and color, a hassle-free consultation, plus she does waxing. Simple drinks are self-serve in the waiting area--the cheery, casual, yet professional atmosphere boosted my mood besides. While this isn't a spa, my visit was relaxing and refreshing.

I made a long awaited appointment with Cynthia Martinez after I read some decent reviews about her work, I assumed she would be good. Boy, was I sadly mistaken! I have to say that in the 7 years I've lived in Sierra Vista combined with the many different stylists that I have seen, she had to be the worst hair nightmare doer that I stumbled upon in a long time! To make a long story short, I came in wanting a dark auburn color & received a bright orange color instead, in which I was not happy with at all!! She agreed to cover it up for me because I couldn't and wouldn't leave that salon looking like a pumpkin! She covered the orange with a solid darker color in which she chose. So 2 color dyes, 3 washes, a 3 minute haircut and no style because she said she didn't have the time and 4 1/2 hours later, I left. I went home showered, rinsed & styled my hair only to discover that my hair color was so dark, it was near black. She also left some of my hair uncut with long, thin stringy pieces just hanging there that I was unable to style. I texted her right away to see if she would fix it and got no answer. Well, perhaps she's busy and she'll get back to me the next morning I thought, nope!! no answered text from her at all. So around 10am the next day I went back in the salon hoping she would kindly squeeze me in to trim and fix. I asked the young lady at the desk to see her and she went over to talk with her. She had another client in the chair at the time when she turned around and glared at me in an angry stare. I asked her if she could squeeze me in for a quick 10 minute fix and she said NO! I'm booked all day! I asked her when she could fit me in and she replied, I don't know, I'm booked all week! I then asked her if another stylist who wasn't doing anyone at the time could and she told me NO! I said can I get a refund then? and she replied NO, there's nothing wrong with your hair! I left that salon in utter shock! I have never in my life been treated so badly by a so called hair professional who couldn't care less about the people who put their trust in her care. I might as well have taken the $150 that I paid her and flushed it down the toilet. My hard earned money was well wasted!
