I took my wife to this shop yesterday. My wife's hair was a mess due to a continuing medical issue relating to Alzheimer's. My wife got "the works" (style cut, dye, shampoo, etc.). I got a simple hair cut. The results were amazing. My wife looked 20 years younger and smiled for the first time in a year, after seeing herself in the mirror. I hardly recognized her! My military "high and tight" hair cut was done better than at the local Army barber shop. This was our first visit and will not be the last. My wife's hair was done by Yvonne and I had another stylist do mine. Both were very professional and superbly good at their job. After all this phraise I feel obligated to say that they did not know I would do this review and I was not requested to do one. I never had previous contact or knowledge of Yvonne, or her shop before and merely responded to an advertisement when picking their shop.

I took my five year old here for a trim and they did great. Shampoo, cut and blow dry for $15 bucks isn't too bad. The staff was friendly and professional.

This place is horrible!! The owner is absolutely unprofessional!! If I could give this place negative stars I would do it in a heart beat!! My mom was told 2 hours to do her hair, after 2 hours we come to get her and they said, this is a long process and told dad it'll be another hour, after 3 hours I show up to get her and they tell me it's another hour.. made me mad so I asked my mom how much she's paying for this and the owner wanted to start going off on me and I looked at her and told her I'm not talking to her and she's like, well I'm talking to you!!! I told her, I don't care who youre talking to, mind your own business and then she said we needed to leave and I told my mom that she heard her right and we need to leave, then she told my mom no and kicked me out. I'm sorry but when my mother looks like a sad puppy in a chair that she's been sitting in for 3 hours, I get upset. They told me to leave and I didn't get her for another hour and a half.... I said I'd do a review and the owners said, I didn't even give you a survey to do a review!! Well you just got reviewed and your company is unprofessional, and you messed my mom's hair up, hence why it took so long! Smh Thank you, and out of respect for my mother, im sorry, have a great day.
