I am new to area and needed a hair cut and color. They got me in quickly. Sonja was attentive to what I wanted. Color and high lights came out great. All through the hair cut she made sure about what I wanted. Prices were reasonable and I was informed of cost ahead of time which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this salon.

After getting nail infections from the local "upscale" spa, I've been looking for someone else to do my nails. I'm a bit of a picky snob. After googling places, I tried "The Hair Loft". I had a full set of acrylics put on. I'm very glad I gave this place a chance. My nails turned out wonderfully. They're not to thick, not to thin. The shape is beautiful. Best of all, everything was Clean. The nail technician was just a really warm, inviting and down to earth lady. She made sitting in a chair for an hour very pleasant. She's also fantastic to talk with. The hair loft is a small establishment, but they seem to have a big heart.

I called ahead to this salon and made an appointment for my eyebrows and face (peachfuzz) to be wax. I asked the price for the services I had had requested and was told $12 for eyebrows and $9 for the jaw lines. I was also told they do not accept anything but cash. I said that would be fine and had the waxing done. When I went to the front to pay, the woman asked for $48!!! I expressed to her that I had spoken to her earlier when I booked the appointment and she gave me a price of $21 for everything. She then retorted that the price she quoted was for just ONE side of the face! She was wanting to charge me for both sides of my face separately and an additional charge for the chin (which she did not tell me it was additional). I said WHAT IN THE WORLD!! Even with the logic of waxing both sides her math still did not add up! I would never recommend this salon nor would I recommend it for the sheer fact that what they tried to do was dishonest and unethical.

I do not recommend this salon! I went in to have my hair color refreshed. I had directions from my stylist for the honey blonde color, but instead I got hair the color of a mud puddle. After trying to make the color better, I was charged extra!
