Pretty disappointed with this location. I've been on the other end of customer beat-downs so I'm not usually one to complain. I entered the store with the intention of blowing a bunch of money (hello associates - opportunity here) and asked an employee for assistance. She told me she was helping another customer. None of the other associates asked if I needed anything. This said employee walked past me after she was finished assisting the other customer and completely ignored me. Upon checking out, I was asked if I found everything okay. I said I didn't know much about makeup and could have used some help and all the cashier replied was "well it looks like you got some good stuff." End of conversation. She then forgets to bag one of my items and my receipt, and after spending $250 and thanking her, she responds "mhm." Not worth anyone losing their job but this location could clearly use a customer service re-training. I'm sure people above the waged employees would care about losing potential sales due to carelessness.
