Manager was extremely rude. Today I was making a purchase and wanted to use a $10 off NYX purchase that included a holiday set. Long story the coupon did not apply even though it did not restrict the item. The manager was called and the clerk said we have to honor it due to it saying that it is valid, howeve the manager said there was nothing we could do and as a horrible attitude the whole time. I made two transactions and prior used a 20% off coupon on my entire order but chose to buy this separate since the discount of $10 off was greater than 20 % - after explaining that she informed me that the 20% was a one time code & would not honor it on my next purchase. Even though there was another 20% off coupon on the site which I later found out. I did call customer service who quickly sent over a gift card so I could complete my purchase and wrote an incident report. I later found out that the coupon works on the online purchase of the product I brought as well & is advertised online to be used with the coupon. Long story short I am disgusted with the managers attitude toward the whole situation- she was no help and seemed to not care st all. I’m more upset over her attitude than the coupon issue because you cannot treat a customer that way with a nothing you can do attitude.
