I absolutely LOVE Donna and Ashley. They are very friendly and they know their stuff...which is important to me because I have mixed hair. My color is always spot on and exactly what I asked for. Won't go to anyone else.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Bella Dia. I have enjoyed MANY of their services there. It all started with a gift card that I received and i have never gone anywhere else. I love Angel, and she always does such a great job on hair and toes. I never feel like she is rushing me. That is great! Also, that return phone calls, even if you called when they were closed, they call you back. Nothing beats that. Serenity at it's finest!

My experience with this salon was very unprofessional. I purchased a full spa package for my wife as a present and when she went up to the salon she was surprised to find out this place doesn't exist anymore and they refused to refund my $175 spa purchase. When I called I guess it was the owner (who was a complete snob) that answered the phone and stated that they were relocating but I don't have any assurance of that and I can't take this business seriously anymore after this experience, especially after refusing to give me a refund and/or discount. My wife shouldn't have to wait to receive her gift, this is BULLSHIT. I'm pretty sure it is illegal to sell services without an operating storefront, and yes they are still trying to sell services. WARNING PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY. I don't usually write reviews, this is a first for me but I wanted to warn others in the Cabot area of my experience.
