Haven’t been to this location in a long time and decided to give it another try. Once again not very happy with the jacked up haircut. I really can’t tell that anything was done to the top which is what really needed it the most. So I will have to go somewhere else and have them cut it again. They cut the back of my neck and it is burning like crazy. I stopped going here before because it was always disappointing after I leave. I see nothing has changed. Looking for another place other than Sports Clips across the street.

The employees are very nice but do not try to give the haircut I request . Today was the third time I have experienced this neglect . I showed a picture to the lady and she acknowledged what I wanted and did the exact opposite and now I have to walk around with the same haircut that I had but way shorter than what I really wanted. I recommend Great Clips require their stylists to learn more than one haircut. I do appreciate how fast and easy it is to get in the chair but it's time for Great Clips to bring it up a few notches on the quality of the cut

I usually go to this location and decided to go today. When I went my usual barber wasn't there so I ended up with another barber who was obviously new, because of the quality. I specifically told her to leave it long and trim with scissors. Never once did she pick up scissors and now Im walking around with 1/2 an inch of hair. She afterwords said "well.... It will grow back soon". Overall the custody and quality was not professional at all and I will not be going back until Great Clips fixes their reputation. Many of my friends were upset recently also.

Other locations I've been to haven't been near as friendly or fast as this one. By far the best experience I've had!

I've been to a couple other locations but I had the best experience here! Jennifer gave the best hair cut I have ever had, and the staff was super friendly and super accommodating to every customer on a very busy Saturday. I will definitely be back to this location FOR SURE!
