Made an appointment for 1:00. Arrived 12 minutes early and the stylist said she was a little behind and did l mind a little wait. The little wait wound up being an hour and twenty minutes. So glad I made an appointment. Never going back there again. She decided to try to squeeze in another person even though she had someone else scheduled. Then when I voiced my displeasure over the " little wait " she acted like she didn't care. Asked me how I wanted my grandsons hair cut then didn't say aword to me until she asked for payment. Great people skills.

Made an appointment for 11....showed up early.....then waited more than 30 minutes after my appointment time before deciding to walk out. Very dissappointing!!
