I had the most awful experience at this "Salon." I was charged 3 times on my debit card for my 1 hair cut! During the course of my haircut the "stylist" did ask me where I worked and I told her. When I took bank statements back to A Head of Time to get them to give back the money they had overcharged me, they insulted me, cussed me and told me I couldn't read. The following day they called the police and sent them to my job!!! I hadn't done anything wrong!! All I did was get a bad haircut, get charged 3 times for it and get the police harrassing me at my job. They refused to give me the money back that they had "accidently" overcharged me. Eventually my bank had to do "Fradulent Charges" paperwork to force my money out of their account and back into mine. I will never go back and I recommend everybody else to stay away as well.

I just moved to Hot Springs and I wish I never layed my eyes on the bench that advertised their salon. Two weeks ago I had a perm. I wanted a soft wave perm. This ladhy named Mari permed my hair and I could tell right away it was fried. She only dried it part wahy under the dryer. She didn't give me a haircut until the following week when I went back to complain. By then it was a fuzz ball. Another sylist asked what happened and Maru replied" Oh her perm is just a little fuzzy". She gave me a protein conditioner under the dryer, and a haircut. Guess what? My haircut is totally uneven, and it's in no better condition than before!!!!! I am very, very upset. I used to have long dark beautiful hair, now it's a dried out looking piece of reddish orange fuzz. I am writing to the BBB today. It was a $60 perm plus a $15 tip. I do know she only rinsed the perm for a minute. IAnd I have something called "fishtails". I am SURE this is why it fried.
