Poor customer service, bad attitude and no consideration toward others. I showed up to my appointment on-time to find the doors locked. She had given me the wrong time via text message. When I pointed it out and showed her the history she was not apologetic or understanding. She would not admit she made a mistake and was incredibly rude to me. I understand everyone has a busy schedule, but as a business owner she should be more aware of her appointments that she schedules and communicate if she's running late. No common courtesy as a business owner. She came highly recommended because she does a great job, but she treated me like she has enough business and doesn't care if she lost mine.
