I love this place! Friendly, available clerks eager to help. Knew what they were talking about. Got lucky - their marked down section was 90% off! Had a field day. First time I ever bought $28 shampoo and conditioner. Ended up getting 3 free makeup bags with cool samples inside. I love it! Worth the 25 m. trip to Auburn from where I live. I will be back.

I love Ulta! Better deals and prices over Sephora. The member options are far more superior to any of the other Beauty and Makeup stores out there. They offer many services including hair, waxing and facials, just to name a few. A welcome greeting every time you walk in the door, reps to help you with any questions or help with products and application, and special events from vendors and companies. Their points system is awesome and you can earn even more depending on how much you spend in a year or if you open one of the credit cards, I haven't done that yet. The best way to get the most out of the points rewards is to save up to 4000 and spend at the 4000 limit. It is equivalent to $250 and if you wait for special coupons like 20% off your total purchase including luxury brands, special point offers and sales, you could end up purchasing close to $400 worth of products for free using your 4000 points. It's worth saving those points up for the year. Plus, once a year they offer 10x the points near mid to end of month in August. Signing up to be a member, which is free, and getting their newsletter will keep you up-to-date on all those special events. Lots of free samples or gifts during the month with certain purchases/products. Staff does not push or try to oversell you on expensive brands. Just tell them what you're looking for and your budget and they will help you find it and try it on you for free to see if you like it before you buy it. Also, if you don't like something you bought, return it for an exchange or money back- GUARANTEED!

One of the best times I had at the store. Everyone was upbeat, got matched for Clinique foundation and sales clerk remembered all my gifts with purchase. Excellent visit.
