Ive been coming here for years for my haircuts. The staff has always been nice to me and given me good hair uts for the price. However, on my last visit, though the staff was nice, I got on of the most dissatisfying haircuts I've ever gotten. I wanted my hair short on the sides and i had grown my hair out so it could be nice and long on top, but when they started buzzing at the side, they went way too high and got part of the top of my head. The silhouette of my hair, as best that i can describe it, looks like a turtle who's head is tucked into its neck. The lady who cut my hair said she had been cutting hair for 14 years or so, so i would expect to have gotten a much nicer looking haircut. The day i got it i really disliked it, but i told myself that itll get better after a couple days. It has been about a week now, and i still hate it just as much as the first day. I honestly feel that I couldve bought a haircut set and done a better job at home myself using just mirrors. I will not say who gave me this haircut as she is very polite and i dont think she deserves negative attention because i have gotten better haircuts from her in the past. I feel that the person who gives the BEST haircuts is a young man, I believe his name is Devin. He has cut my hair a couple times and I have never gotten BETTER haircuts from anyone else, anywhere else. I will make sure that i request him from now on every time I go in. I would also like to note that while getting my last haircut, I stated that I would like my hair to stay long on top and i didnt want a part. When i said this, the lady cutying my hair said "you have to let me do what i have to do to give you a good haircut". This was a little off putting, but I tried to brush it off. She proceeds to cut my hair much too short on top and way too high on the sides. Mind you, I wear glasses and had to take them off during the cut so i could not see what she was doing.
EDIT: I did go back a few days later, they fixed it up no questions asked. Its still unfortunate that this happened in the first place, but thanks for making up for it.
