The staff at the salon is always professional and Jaclyn is AMAZING - my color is perfect every time and I seriously get comments regularly about the color of my hair and how healthy it is - she takes excellent care of my hair. I have been going to her for years and so happy every single time. Also, I like the products that are used here, my hair is healthy and you can feel how smooth and clean it is, no build up of products.

Best place to go! I don't live in California anymore but Kassandra used to always do my hair since I was little girl and always did great! I love her and she's an amazing person to keep you company!!

Had been a client for over 7 years. I had hair trims every few months, very easy. Went in to get hair colored and Kassandra completely destroyed my hair and was not apologetic at all and when I asked to have it fixed she wanted me to pay for the fix..made no sense at all that i should pay for her to fix her mistake. No good customer service and customer loyalty means nothing to them. Very frustrated to have given so many referrals and so much of my good business to Salon Passion.
