I love this place!! I am very picky about how my hair looks and my hairstyle. I get my hair trimmed and colored every month . My previous hair stylist that I cut , styled and colored my hair moved away. He was my hair stylist for over 10 years. I actually cried when he moved away. Because he always knew the exact way to cut and style my hair, he knows I'm very picky. When the time came to color and cut my hair I went to 2 different salons to find the perfect stylist for me. One was at the Montclair mall, too expensive and even though I explained how I wanted it cut, I even took a picture of it; I did not like it and the hair stylist was a little cold. The next one was a small salon in Chino, also not good, and expensive. I don't mind paying more money for a hair cut if I really the cut. I started to panic because my hair was Not the way I like it. But then I went to Hair We Are in Chino! Wow . The stylist is named Liza and she is fabulous! She knows exactly how I want my hair cut and my hair dyed. Her prices are reasonable and she is very kind and listens to your hair needs. There has been many times that I have called her for an appointment at the very last minute and she had always made time for me. I have been going to Hair We Are in Chino for many years now; and I hope she never quits or moves away. Ask for Liza if you want her to cut your hair; she is definitely a professional. After searching for a great hair stylists, I finally found one named Liza at Hair We Are in Chino. God bless her.

Excellent. Everybody super nice they make sure everybody has a mask on at all times that's you and The Stylist they have as much dividing equipment up as possible. And everyone is super friendly I highly recommend to use them for your next haircut or Style.

At "HAIR WE ARE" Ask for CARMEN HERNANDEZ She is the Best they got & Adrian her BFF is amazing too! I have been Carmen clients since I was 4yr old when Carmen since her beauty skl days & now she is even better then ever & so are the TOP BEST PRODUCTS SHE ONLY USES!

This review is for the lady working in the center of the place. Unfortunately I had a bad experience as a walk in last Saturday with her, I ask the lady to use the 0 clip from the bottom to the middle of my head and do a straight fade and not to do my sideburns. The lady started by saying that she was not a barber and I told her that I knew that’s why I only needed a simple hair cut like the way other have done it with no problem, she was in a rush because she had an appointment coming up, she used a different clip on the back of my head and a lower clip by my ears (weird). This lady did not listen to the instruction I gave her and just did it her way. (This are the same instruction I give to other persons that do my hair). She kept on telling her appointment that she was almost done and ask me if it was ok, I was so mad and just wanted to get out of this place and said YES. When I paid her I gave her a 20.00 bill and she said that it was 15.00 for the haircut, she asked if I wanted change and I said Yes please, (I was not going to tip her) she had the nerves to tell me that she only had 1 dollar and when I looked down because she was showing me the money I saw in her open wallet a 5.00 bill. I just said you know what that’s fine and left.
