I've visited this store about 3 or more times now. 1 employee is very nice, but not as knowledgable as the other. The one who knows the most isn't particularly friendly, not rude either. My issue is when I called to ask a follow up question about what i was going to purchase, she seemed put out. Then, when i mentioned that they were on the high side in pricing the exact same wigs, she said no variation in price will be given. Well, $400 over other stores, and you have mediocre customer service, theres no reason for me to purchase through you. Sorry.

This place has a small dog. It states that on the door. I stuck my head in to say I was afraid of dogs and the blonde person behind the counter said "oh well, he isn't going anywhere". I will never visit this place again. Extremely rude!!!!!
