I was in town for a wedding and made an appointment to get my hair done . I came in and they started on my daughter right away. She asked for loose curls and they made tight curls and she was not very happy. I showed them a picture of what i wanted and they did something completely different, but i ended up liking it. I mentioned that we might not get to check in on time at the hotel to make it to the wedding on time and the owner offered a room in the back so we could get ready. We ended up being able to get early check in and didnt take up her offer. All ladies were very nice.

Took my boys in for a cut, it came out choppy and crooked, staff had bad attitudes. Now i have to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

Price was quoted by hairdresser, made an appointment. Came in for appointment the following week and the owner quotes a whole new price. Would never have made appointment at that ridiculous price. Owner checks with hairdresser (in spanish) and it's obvious there is a discrepancy. Owner just shrugs her shoulders and we leave. What a way to run a business!

My husband and I are full-time RVrs....we stopped in Desert Hot Springs for a few days. I needed a haircut and highlights and what an awful experience I had. ..worst haircut ever. The hairdresser had no idea what she was doing. My haircut was chopped and never had highlights done so terrible. I WOULD NEVER, NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE. I now have to find a professional hairdresser to correct her mess.
