The place is a mess. I asked an associate to help me to find a hair spray. She didn't listen or she didn't know what exactly what I was looking for. Instead of asking for help, she just picked a random hair spray and recommended to me. Once I corrected her, she walked around and gave me another one. However, none of the bottles have a cap. What kind of hair spray doesn't come with a cap? Yet, those hair sprays are being sold in the store. I find the cleanliness is also questionable. I think I'll try online from now on.

‼️Warning‼️Do not book an appointment here!! Talked to Nicole a “manager” who couldn’t offer any type of help when they call to cancel an appointment 1 hour before it’s scheduled! They blame COVID so I’d be careful going here if the staff is getting sick like that. They don’t care about customers it seems. Try another location 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’d never been to an Ulta before. Shawna did my eyebrows and OMG I cannot belieeeeve how good eyebrows look! I’ve never really learned how to do my eyebrows and she taught me how to shade them. Kirk in makeup helped me find the PERFECT foundation. My skin is peculiar and it took probably half an hour! We found one that works and it is flawless! Come!! See Shawna for your eyebrows (you’ll never want anyone else ever again!) and Kirk for makeup tips and products!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Helpful staff I was trying to find something for my daughter and they went and checked the stock just to find it for me. By the way this was a salon person and the other was a manager and they were extremely nice and helpful.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Lauren or Laura, (I’m sure if you have been to this location you’ve seen the white middle aged employee with the crusty eyeshadow and faded pink/purple hair) always has a nasty attitude to match her nasty looks for no reason. This location (& almost all ultas tbh) is full of b*tchy employees, I’ve been shopping at Ulta since 2011 since I was in high school and I’ve always tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, and I always end up in a sour mood afterwards. Not that it matters because everyone should be treated right but I’m a diamond member, I spend a lot of money here but I’m over it. Lastly, Laura/Lauren *whatever* you are a late middle aged women who has no makeup skill and you work mall job with a bunch of twenty something , I can see why you’re unhappy but don’t take it out on customers.
