I ONLY come to this specific ulta because of Jose ! He’s so nice and helpful & best of all very honest about products. Today I went In thinking I’d purchase the it’s a 10 but he suggested i instead try an ulta value set that was $10 worth $55 so I bought two different sets. He’s always helpful and nice I only trust his intuition when I go there . If I could rate Jose higher I would ! This man deserves being noticed !!!! (:

I only gave this place four stars because they were out of a lot of product that I was interested in trying. Also only one register with 10 plus people in line.

Went in there for a makeup appointment with Shayla was horribly disappointed. The end result was nothing to what I was going for, not only that but the whole time she was doing my makeup I would tell her my skin type how the products she was using wasn’t a good fit for me and she payed no attention to it and kept applying saying that she knew what she was doing. I also advised her on how my eyebrows and dark as is I didn’t want them darker or with so much product she again payed no attention to that put the darkest shade on and when I noticed I told her I did not like them she put on translucent powder and told me that it was going to tone them way down. Well they didn’t. My appointment was at 11:30 she didn’t start till 11:45 and I left the store at 1:40 i clearly stated to her I was crunched on time since I was attending a wedding I had to be out by 12:30 or so. I let her know she didn’t do a good job and her time management was really bad. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Ulta is the place i come to relax. Sounds funny but true. I love to go get what i need but also browse for new and different things i dont have. Unfortunately the 4 stars was for the time a cashier gave me the worst attitude when i asked her about lipsticks that i purchased that had a sale sticker price of $3 in front of the lipstick. The cashier was speaking over me when i told her about it coming up regular price. She then said well ill do it this time. I didnt argure but maybe they should take off the sale price off the floor if they dont want to give it at discount i didnt need the lipstick that bad
