The worst experience of my life ever, when it comes to hair experiences. I would never recommend this place. I showed Fabby pictures of what I wanted done on my hair, color cut pattern of highlights, and she didn’t get anything right, then she kept asking Shannon questions as if she didn’t know what she was doing. To make my almost 8hrs there worse, Shannon started giving me an attitude as if it as my fault, and stated that there was a miss communication, I asked on who’s part? I showed Fabby and explained it to her. When I seen how bad my hair looked. I started crying and asked to have a minute alone outside. When I went back in I was told. We won’t charge you. You can just go get it corrected somewhere else. I left home crying then when my husband called to speak with the owner, Shannon handled the phone call with such unprofessionalism, then started yelling on the phone at us. I said so you don’t care if I post a picture of my hair on my FB.? She then threatened me by saying that she was going to call the police, & tell them that I was harassing her and threatening her. All we called for was to get the owners name & number so she can look at my hair. I was willing to give this business one last chance to correct the mistake they had made on my hair, we had to have a police officer with us just to get the owners name & number. I called the owner Tawnya Guerena as soon as I got her number, I left her a message with my name and number, hoping that she would return my call to take a look at my hair. But she never did. Not a sorry for the terrible experience you had at my Salon, not even interested in taking care of the problem that her two employees caused. It’s sad that some businesses do not take pride in taking care of their customers or making sure that they at least feel good when they walk out of their business. In my experience with this salon, this was the single most horrific experience of my life when it comes to hair.
