When doing a review I make sure that all Business have Wheel chair accessible trough out the building, Handicap accessibility , Restrooms, Parking, J. RUSSELL THE SALON have this all in place, Cool* the last several years living in PALM SPRINGS CA. my wife is in the habit of commuting into North Ridge CA.One hundred thirty miles each way, And just to get her hair done.Finding J.RUSSELL THE SALON was a blessing for my wife and for the entire family,J RUSSELL THE SALON eguipte to do all services to men and women.Full services MAKE UP ARTISTRY *****. Have been going to J. Russell and Eli for over 7 years. but never again. The second to last appointment I had with Eli he was 10 minutes late. No apology just started cutting my hair. The last appointment I waited for 15 minutes and still no Eli. I finally told the receptionist I was done waiting and left. Never received a call from Eli. I guess he has more business than he knows what to do with. By the way, I'm a full time resident.

This is a great and renowned place; J. Russell being the best stylist in town. But they also do a great job for Men. Eli is also a great stylist. Thank you Eli!

Hands down the best salon I've ever been to. Veronika does an amazing job with my fine, thinning hair. The cut and color have never looked better, and I've been to some of the best salons on the west coast. The staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. Love coming here!

Made an appointment for partial highlights and a cut with KATRINA. The girl with the green hair. She is one big hoax. All smiles until I wound up there listening about what crappy hair I have and 4 hours later and $280 for a bad job she told me that the platinum blonde highlights that I asked for wasn't what she wanted for me. The dark color on the sides would would wash out tomorrow and my dark ash blonde new color was perfect. It's just the light. I have never left a salon in my LIFE being told to wash it tomorrow for better results. Good riddens! It didn't wash out btw. Did you ever hear what the CUSTOMER is asking for. The longest I have EVER been in a salon. Here's another brilliant action....she did a test color on the BACK of my head so I couldn't see it I guess? Maybe it only has to meet HER approval. What a joke. Made an appointment with a much better colorist, who agrees she is incompetent. I thought getting your hair done was supposed to be a pleasurable experience. After 4 hours of nurturing me I was ready to jump thru my windshield when I got into my car. I'm all out of words.
