I always come in here and get my hair cut. They always do a wash and style . I think Tina is the stylist ? She's the one with long wavy hair. Anyways she always does a good job and if at the end I decide it's too short or needs layers she has no problem cutting it to meet my needs. She cuts it dry and straightened anyways. I pay $30 a cut, I've gone to other places but always come back here. I do not speak Korean but she always gives me the style I show her in the pictures. All the ladies are very friend. The salon is clean and comfortable.

I have been coming here more than 10 years from OC. I am a happy customer because they customize the style per my liking and very friendly. 20 mile driving is well worth of it.

This is my second time getting a hair cut here and nothing but bitter disappointment. I brought photos of what I wanted and they said they can do it but didn't even come close to the photo style. I strongly do not recommend this place. They do not know how to cut properly--randomly snipping here and there. Rushed, poor service, overpriced and low quality. I can get the same cut for $10 in Little Saigon but much faster. They drop the comb and use it again but also rub it on my face... I have strange sections of hair unevenly chopped so it looks like a child cut it. They do not listen to customer's concerns or needs. Often talked back at by blaming on customer's hair. Then saying it's the costumer's fault if it looks bad. Since they cannot figure out how to work with a customers' hair and make solutions on getting it to satisfactory quality, then they should not be in this business. Their hair cutting methods are old and unpolished--it seems like they didn't go a proper beauty school. Also, they burned my hair. I asked for heat protectant before they iron and they told me no. Cheap service... they wouldn't even wash my hair. They didn't use any product the whole time. When they ask how it looks and what it needs in the end--if it doesn't look right then be ready to be glared at and kicked in the back while they frustratedly cut your hair to make it worse. Everyone should avoid this place and try elsewhere. I am going back to my (much further away) salon where, for the same price!, I get a shampoo/conditioner, hot towel, light scalp massage, tea/coffee, and know how to cut and do layers. Sorry, I gave this place a second chance but the staff here have this poor level of quality and an extreme lack of customer service. First time, I had a random person cut it. Second time, I had the owner cut it. Both had very similar experience.
