I recently arrived to Lincoln and had to take a stab in the dark about where to get my hair cut. I have short hair and it always makes me nervous to go to a new place, fearing that the stylist won't have the same vision as I do or listen to what I want. I got in, met with Tonya and I found she was absolutely fantastic. She spent a whole lot of time asking questions about my hair, preferences and lifestyle so she could give me exactly what I wanted. She was super personable and told me she loved giving short cuts which was a relief to me. It's a shame I won't be here longer, because I'd totally be a loyal customer to this Salon and Tonya if I could. She did an amazing job and even offered to trim up the back in a few weeks for free. Couldn't ask for a better haircut or customer service.

Horrible service. Period. Do not go in for makeup or hair Unless you like to look like a drag queen or clown. Jenae is really terrible. She Does not know what she's doing. Not sure who gave her a license? Called Marie (the owner) for a refund. She agreed to give us a full refund. Never did. Went in with two sisters for makeup and hair for my sisters wedding. Walked out with hair that was glued to our heads slicked with too much hairspray. Not what we had asked for. We asked for beachy waves. And natural look. As well for the makeup. Natural look. We looked like clowns caked with makeup. Just horrible. Had Jenae wipe off all makeup around my eyes. She was also rude and very unprofessional. Kept complaining that she had to wake up at 5:30am To meet us at 6am at the salon The whole time she and her assistant ignored us and trash talked all the ladies who work at the salon. When my sister went to the restroom Jenae told her assistant that she probably went to wash off her makeup then both started laughing hysterically Do not recommend this place to anyone. Please Save your money and do your own hair and makeup.

First time having my hair done in years since the recession and everyone tells me it is the best hair style they've ever seen on me. The salon is adorable and chic, I was referred to Jenae by a co-worker who always has amazing hair. I had been coloring my own for far too long, it was dark and drab. I was so impressed that Jenae was able to lighten it so effortlessly. I can easily style it and have yet to have a bad hair. She was cautious on cutting the length and listened to what I wanted. Thanks sooo much Jenae! :)
