Terrible. All they know how to do is take down your info, so they can call and bug later. They suck. You will be very very upset and want to sue the company if you let them TRY to cut your hair. Stay far far way from this place

Always 5 star with Fabian. ðŸ‘ðŸ½ Had an appointment at 12 and they went ahead and got someone else thei r cut before me. 12:30 passed and that cut was finished.. alright cool its my turn. Nope! They went ahead and let another person go! Walked out and left at that point.

Only 2 people here. We've been waiting 1hr 20 minutes.. finally our turn and the girl decides to go to lunch. She did not even mention how many people were ahead of us. It's always like this when I come here. This is the last time I ever come here... my last 3 experience have been awful....

I had a girl with Long ombrÃ© brown to blonde hair . Who was trying to be friendly with me but it felt forced and seemed like she did not want to be there . I asked for layers in my hair that is parted to the side . She then combs my hair front ward and Layers it from there . She then places it back to my part and it looks like the right side of my hair she just took a piece and chopped it off it's so jagged and ugly ... don't go here I hate my hair . Constantly looking at a chopped up mess everyday is the worst . I'm stuck now curling my hair everyday to try and blend it all in .
