I love the products they use to wash and condition your hair before the hair cut. I've been there 4 times to get my straight, long hair trimmed. I had a couple of different stylists that did a fine job.

My hair was dyed orange! I went in for blond highlights but the stylist suggested all over bleaching which came out orange. She tried to fix it but it was still orange. I came back the next day to get it fixed again but it was still yellow-orange! Every person I know commented on it! I ended up getting my hair cut in a crew cut (at another salon). Oh yes..the bleach leaked down the neck of the cape and ruined a Ralph Lauren sweater.

Very unprofessional,childish receptionist.I had an appointment scheduled in advance(Did I mention I was a repeat customer?). I showed up on time, she looked at me with surprise and said it was canceled. She could not explain how she managed to screw it up.She tried to blame it on me never apologized and behaved like a 5-year old.Why in the world do they need her???? I'm finding a new place.It is not worth it.
