Low-key, good quality hair salon.

My family has gone here for years. Martine is a stylist who has been there for over 15 years and she is great, very friendly, good customer service, and does a good job. She gave me my first hair cut as a baby even. I recently went back and saw someone else, who had been there for well over a decade as well, but my hair cut was AWFUL... It was too short, it looked weird, and I felt very awkward thanking her. Yes, the hair cut is less expensive than other places, but still. I don't know how many stylists are working there currently, or how their skills compare. I recommend Martine highly, but am not too sure about the other stylists. It is a chain hair salon which tends to not treat their employees very well or pay them well, from what I have heard. I don't think they take appts. so the wait time varies. Sometimes only 5 mins or less, other times over a half hour. I think that Saturdays are pretty busy, I had no problems on a Sunday afternoon. Call ahead of time and see when Martine is working.
