I have had good experiences with pedis, and color, but not so much luck with haircuts. After today, when I sat in the chair and cried, I won't make the haircut mistake again.

I absolutely love coming here. Been coming regularly for 3 years now. Have never been more happy with my hair experience. I always look forward to coming. Thank you for always providing excellent service. :)

The students are great and very sweet with me and my two daughters. The instructors are very helpful and supervise the students very well. My last experience was less pleasant, however. One of my daughters was getting her A-line shaped in the back and I had told the student that I just wanted to back brought up and we are trying to grow her bangs and the front out longer. She did a great job aside from one side being slightly longer than the other, which would have been an easy enough fix, but the owner came up and chopped my daughter hair way shorter than I had wanted.... and cut her bangs at a short, awkward length. By the time I saw what she was doing, she had already chopped half of the hair. It wasn't until I said something to her that she told me she thought it was best this way so that "her hair could grow out much more nicely"... The cut doesn't look bad, but it wasn't at all what I asked for and it will take a very long time to grow back to its original length.... also I think the owner, as well as any instructor and student, should ask the customer before doing something so drastic to their hair!
