For a strip-mall salon, it's a good place to get a cut. I've been going here for years and don't think the same woman has ever cut my hair twice (although the manager seems to be stable). If you avoid times when mom's bring their kids in (like before holidays and back to school) the waits are never very long.

Did not listen and butchered my hair. I specifically asked to not cut anything on the top of my head. The hair dresser would not stop talking the entire time and kept trying to push products and additional services. Between her incessant yapping, she decided to trim almost an inch off the top to blend her terrible job with the clippers. I will definitely not be returning.

Good pricing and service, they do great job and giving what you asked for. They are good with kids as well.

Maria did wonderful with my hair, and my hair is impossible to cut she was perfect and fast. Love it. She said she used to work at Gonzalez location, but today she was at chanel Island location.

Wish I would have read the reviews prior to coming here. Seriously came in with a picture/video and was told it might not look exact but would be close. She started my hair at 11:15 and I finally walked out at 4:30 because it looked so bad that there was no fixing her mess up. It seriously looks worse than a hombre. Now for the cut, I asked for an A line and got this ugly state board cut. It is so uneven and chunks cut out. Very unsatisfied and will be going in to talk to the GM tomorrow.
