I waited for over an hour and a half for an eyebrow waxing at benefit. About ten minutes before anybody spoke to me I heard them say they had another appointment and wouldn't be able to get to me. Then after ignoring me for those ten minutes someone finally said, we won't be able to take you for another hour at least. The service is shit and I won't be coming back. The Santa Rosa ones are way better.

I called to make an appointment at the salon and I was not expecting the rudeness I was treated with. The worst posible costumer service ever, this girl named â€œLexxiâ€ was very rude to me saying I can not make an appointment they are only accepting walks in but I have done walks in the past they say I need to schedule a appointment, they donâ€™t even know what to say. Iâ€™m a Platinum member at ULTA but Iâ€™m gonna take my pennies somewhere else from now on. What a disappointment.

I had booked a hair appointment for today at the Petaluma, CA Ulta Salon for 7pm. I just got a call from the stylist Lexxi that "there was no way She would see me today. They have been turning people away and will be closing at 8:30". The store closes at 9pm but not only that I was unable to book another appointment any where else because she waited so long to cancel me. Lexi was quite rude however offered me an appointment in a week. I will not be returning to the Petaluma Salon or maybe that ULTA altogether. I'm a Platinum member and spend A TON of money at ULTA. This kind of "customer service" is unacceptable.

The customer service is very bad. Why to ask me 10 times within 15 min if I already answerd I don't need help. When I finally asked a question since they wanted me to do so , they got annoyed. Horrible!! I will not shop there anymore.also they dont know what product they have.I asked if they have one brend of purfume they said they don't have it, after that I found it next to the register.
