Great location. This one is open later that the one in Antioch which is convenient for me. The workers are friendly and don't pressure you into getting products you don't want. Also rarely crowded on weekdays you can get in quickly for a haircut.

The dirtiest, horribly smelling hair salon in California. I saw how they used used dirty cloths and non-undecided scissors and combs. Employees treat badly with clients and take them according to their ethnicity if you are spirited with a posse. Not only will I not go there, but I will try to protect other people from the nightmare to rush into this unpleasant salon.

I love the way I am treated by Lily who is totally friendly but professional. The shampoo is so relaxing and my haircut is in layers now and is a sassy style. I've brought many friends here and my grandson n boyfriend. Yes u have to wait on weekends but totally worth it.

Been using you guys for over a year no problem but tonight was the worst experience with a haircut that I've ever had. You guys use a note system with my haircut which is very simple but this girl (whom I've never seen before) seemed like this was the first time she had ever cut hair. She took an hour on a trim that ended up being buzz cut... literally kept cutting until she couldn't anymore. Asked her to taper the back twice and it was squared instead after she attempted it. Finally said she had to get manager approval on the haircut and another girl came over and started cutting , but by this point there was nothing left to cut. I don't blame the girl who cut my hair cause it's the managers fault for not catching these things. I don't go to the Paul Mitchell school to get 'my haircut for a reason. You guys should not have staff cutting customers hair when they don't know what they're doing, even if you're understaffed. I will never use them again or recommend to anyone. Good luck!
