Joelle and team are incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. Outside of loving the services that were provided they also have their own brand of products which I really enjoy. The shampoos/conditioners/body washes smell like you are on vacation and in a spa, I will have to say I love the hair spray! I'm not much of a hairspray user but it's my favorite and now a daily add.

This place looks sharp, spacious and urban. It totally takes on the Downtown San Diego mode. Ever since the new ownership, there's more of an inviting energy. Now let's talk hair, I would have to say, every stylist in unique in their own way. That is what love about Escape Salon. If you want extensions, go to Christina. She does an amazing job and is extremely detail oriented. When it's color, Vicki is the gal for the job. Or Even Joelle the owner does phenomenal work. There is so much variety to choose from. Just go there and take the risk! Trust me it is worth your while.

I like the changes the new owner Joelle is making. The new chairs are comfortable and the urban industrial vibe is starting to take shape. The staff is pleasant and talented. I always get a great haircut from Joelle. As such, I have sent a lot of my clients and friends here.

I have been using escape hair products for months and it leaves my hair feeling soft and silky! My experience with the owners has been wonderful. Great people and service!
