Worst haircut Ive ever received. My long hair was cut into an unwanted uneven 1980s bang cut. The back was supposed to be 2 long layers and instead was cut straight across. Had to pay someone the next day to blend and fix all the messed up front frame. Salon owner only cared about my review but not my terrible haircut and trouble. Yes i was given a refund but that can hardly fix 6 months worths of hair growth.

This is long overdue. I first went to Natalie with dark blonde hair and with multiple bands. I told her I wanted white hair and she did it. It took us two sessions (I have short hair) and from then on she helped me keep it up. Then I became pregnant and I couldn't bleach my hair anymore. After a year of not having a touch up my hair still looked great but with roots grown out. I went back and she was truthful about what my hair would look like if we tried to bleach it again. We went for a color melt instead and my hair is great! Thank you, Natalie! I traveled from the Bay to Tracy and it was worth it.

A simply elegant salon with friendly and very talented stylist . It’s a perfect location near by: coffee shops, donut shop, restaurants and boutique shops. If you are looking for a new salon, check out the Cutting Room. I personally get my hair done by, Edith, but I am sure the rest of their staff is as amazing as my hairdresser.
