I've been coming here for over 10 years. Anna or Rose on an 'off' day is better than your current nail technician ANY DAY!! Love this shop and these ladies. Their personable customer service is A1.

Been going to envy nails for a while an never left disappointed until I had the lady in the third seat do my nails. my nails were chipping off the next day. And when I go back to get them fixed she was mad an got a horrible attitude with me an told me she will fix them but she won't ever do my nails again very poor customer service I was very respectful an all I wanted was my nails fixed. i ended getting them fixed but she was very rude and DISRESPECTFUL with a nasty attitude. If I were anybody I wouldn't go get my nails done by the lady in the third row. If you want a GOOD JOB an to be SATISFIED set a appointment with rose she's the only good one. Oh an Anna is good too 😘

Kim already doing my nails decided to charge me $40 instead of 25 Helen although was great with my daughter and her pedicure this place can do while they're in the middle of the process by doubling the price and pretending to not understand what you say

**See update below** Just started coming here less than a year ago and so far so good after about 6-8 visits. Prices are reasonable, attitudes are friendly, the place is clean, walk-ins don't have a long wait, and they all have several years of experience (approx 18-30 ea). I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Vacaville or surrounding areas. Any of the ladies would do a good job on you, and I'm PICKY! *Note: I like Swarovski crystals on my nails and after asking for crystals once and leaving with plastic decorations from this place once, I just decided to go buy them and add them myself after leaving the salon. Don't expect the fancy crystals. But they do hand-painted decorations. Good luck! 😊✌ ***Update: several months in, found a fungus under all of my nails, causing the nails to separate from my nail beds. It was VERY PAINFUL, as one ripped all the way off in the store one day, down to the cuticle and bled everywhere. This is what alerted me to the problem. I had to cut them all off. They took months to heal. I might give them another shot if they show me brand new files, tools that come fresh out of the sanitizing machine and fresh monomer/polymer. Otherwise, I'm not going back.
