MIL SPOUSES NEW TO THE AREA LOOKING FOR A HAIRDRESSER, PLEASE READ THIS. PLEASE. I've gone to Kole Michael for over a year. At first, I was impressed with them. I was pretty nervous about finding a hair salon since leaving my hairdresser of 5 years due to a military move, but the prices were good and I was generally satisfied when I left. However, the last few visits (most notably the last visit) were awful. I sat for over an hour each time with foils in my hair (NOT good for your hair). I continued going because I was afraid to go anywhere else. My last visit was the final straw. This time, I clocked it. I sat in a chair with foils in my hair for over an hour and a half while the hairdressers talked/gossiped. When I left, I thought "whatever, my hair looks fine". Here we are now, and I've lost so much hair I've started taking photos of it every time I brush it (photos to follow). I've tried everything - argan oil, Moroccan oil, coconut shampoo...you name it, I've tried it. Nothing works or even helps. 10+ pumps of a detangler doesn't even help this destroyed disaster. I had thick, long hair. Now it's notably thinner so much so that it scares me because I don't know when my hair is going to stop breaking/coming out (not only is my hair falling out, but I have hairs that are severely damaged and stick up on top of my head and I literally can't do anything about it unless I want to pull out more hair). And for those who may think it may be caused by something else, it most certainly is not. You CANNOT leave foils with blonde highlights in someone's hair for an hour and a half. My hairdresser back home used to use a timer to make sure this would never happen. I'm so upset but afraid to reach out to anyone at the salon (thus the anonymous name) because of how I hear the hairdressers gossip. PLEASE heed my warning if you're coming here to have your hair colored. Haircut - fine. Hair color - AVOID PLEASE. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. It's horrifying and so upsetting. (P.S. The photos are all of different days/times)
