My hairdresser is Angela. She is a talented and personable person. She listens to my requests, and we talk about various styles that might be good for my hair. I feel like I am respected when I go there. The ladies who might be at the front counter are courteous and cheerful. I am so happy I found Fantastic Sams, and most of all, Angela.

Always a good haircut here. They do well with my rather basic male cut, but it seems like others are pleased too. Only downside is that their products are very overpriced, and they will try to sell them to you.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've never had such a terrible experience at a salon, Hillary barely even asked what I wanted before snipping away. Throughout the service she told me how terrible my hair was and how embarrassed I must be. The cut she gave was terribly choppy and uneven and continued to blame my hair and not her own skills. At the end of the service I asked her to blow dry it, she ran the blow dryer for maybe two minutes, burned my scalp, and then she told me "I don't want to blow dry it anymore." And stopped. The service was atrocious in all ways. The company should be embarrassed. I'm a hair dresser myself and the conduct of this girl was beyond inappropriate. No one should leave a salon feeling worse about themselves. Shame on her!

Jodi has cut my hair for roughly 20 years. Over that time, I've grown more hair, lost hair, and have began to grey. Regardless of the amount of hair, or lack thereof, Jodi has always provided excellent customer service. She has the ability to engage in conversation while still styling and cutting like none other. I can always count on feeling great with a new haircut and being filled in on Loveland's newest gossip and politics.
