Ive come here dozens of times but today I probably got one of my favorite haircuts ever from Angel. In just 25 or so minutes (and I had a lot of hair) she was able to give me an outstanding cut with a great level of detail. It honestly turned out better than I had imagined, I've been getting compliments all day! Thanks again Angel!

Awful. Went and paid 27.50 to get a haircut and the stylist Sarah tried twice and could not get it right. I gave her a $2 tip which she goffed at( piss poor customer service there) shouldn't of even given her considering she didn't cut my hair right. Had to go to Great Clips to get it fixed. Will never go to cost cutters again. In fact I should get refunded and/or the stylist should pay me the $18 I had to pay to get my hair fixed

Walked in and there was no waiting. I have naturally wavy hair. If I get a good cut, it is easy to manage. A bad cut means I'll fight with it every day. Jessica gave me a GREAT haircut!! I couldn't be happier!! She is my new stylist!! Thanks, Jessica!!

I love this Cost Cutters. Shantell has been my hairdresser the past two times and is very passionate about hair. She is also happy and talkative. I never feel bored while having my haircut performed by her and she pays attention to detail. My last two haircuts from Shantell have been some of the best haircuts I've ever received and consistent! Additionally her and her coworkers will go above and beyond to inquire if you have any coupons or meet their discount criteria such as student. Last but not least if you go mid day there is often no wait time or a short wait time of 20 minutes. :)
