Small coffee shop. I had placed am order than told the guy to let me know when our was ready. 3x I asked but I guess memory was short because each time he said I'll get it now. Not until I went up did he finally get it. All I wanted was am ice tea haha. The owner was there too, busy putting together Christmas gift boxes.

This place is horrible. poor customer service-she was on her cell most of the time while doing my hair. i told her i eas scared to get a country bumpkin hairstyle and thats how she cut it. she asked to see pictures and didnt do it anything like the pictures, she cut my hair just like her own. she literally did everything i asked her not to do. if you dont know how to cut modern hairstyles dont pretend you do. take some classes or be honest with the client so they dont waste there money like i did. If the client asks you not to cut it short dont tell them not to worry because it looks like more than your cutting off and then cut it short. Horrible business ethics.
