Rachel is down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. The color I see at her shop is the best I've seen and her styles are really person specific. Rachel does great hair.

Was very dirty. When I was in getting my nails done, a client had lice. Rachel asked the girl to leave. Never having lice before, I asked if they fly, she said no, then wrapped her arm around my shoulder and says you can only get them by doing this! Perhaps she felt this was humerous, I however, did not. I noticed she does not clean up hair from previous haircuts and pushes it all into a pile in the corner. Yuck I won't be back.
