I used online check-in to shorten the wait. The staff is excellent and listen to your wants and needs.

Staff was very friendly. I stopped in on the way to an Xmas party and they were able to squeeze me in. Love my haircut!

My husband and son go here and they do an okay job on them. I decided to cut my own hair a few weeks ago and it was a little* uneven in the back. I came here to get it evened out. The woman cut another 2 inches off my hair, after I specifically asked her not to take any more length, just to even it out (maybe ¼-½ inch). So so unhappy. I remember why I cut my hair myself! I'd rather have it a little uneven than have it chopped shorter than I ever wanted! My husband and son will probably go back, but I definitely will not!
