Customer who received bad service and did not get my refund for returning produc

My sister went to the salon on Sunday to get a blonde balyage. The owner bleached her hair all over. Toned it and sent her on her way, 500.00 later. (500 included some product). My sister came home bawling, so embarrassed of her hair as it was blue, green, yellow, white, silver. She went back on 03/02/2021 to return her products she had bought. They were unable to give her a paper receipt and said they will text her a receipt, well we are 24 hours later and no receipt and no refund has hit my account or is in pending. When she was there on 03/02/2021 she told him how upset with her hair she was and he said nothing was wrong with her hair. Her hair is nothing what the image she showed him, and he just kept saying nothing was wrong. She asked for a refund but he said no. I had gone and written reviews and he is deleting them. People need to know. He basically stole from me, and he was so neglecting of the situation. I am a mess. I have beautiful long hair and he destroyed it.

I was so thrilled when I re-connected with Vroni . She was my hair stylist when I was acting years ago professionally in the 80's. We lost touch with each other when I left Denver . So grateful to have her back as not only my hair designer but a great friend! She is still a fabulous hair designer with lots of attention to detail.

Thanh Vo has cut and styled my hair for more than fifteen years. He's by far the best stylist in Colorado! His staff is competent, professional and very friendly. I always leave feeling he has taken impeccable care of me. I can't recommend him and his salon highly enough! The parking is more than ample - a big plus in Cherry Creek.

Phoebe has been pleasant to work with . She told me that she has been a stylist in Cherry Creek for 20 plus year. The salon has a warm professional atmosphere. I was new to this area and chose the spa because it was near me and glad I found them. Stylists seem to consult with each other. Thanh seems to have more experience with coloring Asian as well as blond hair. I am glad my try-out with a team.

I have been lucky to be a client of Thanh Vo for over 10 years. He is incredibly talented and gathers the best stylists in his salon. Marissa Gower is one of his colorists. She pays attention to the little details and blends subtle colors into a fresh and natural way.

I was a hair stylist for 15yrs. I moved to Denver and found salon Vo. Thanh is fantastic. I have never been disappointed. I trust his experience. I went in and ha cut and color my hair and came out a different woman. Everyone at work loves what he did to my hair. Been going to salon Vo for 3 yrs. I highly recommend you check it out. You will not be disappointed.
