Customer who received bad service and did not get my refund for returning produc
My sister went to the salon on Sunday to get a blonde balyage. The owner bleached her hair all over. Toned it and sent her on her way, 500.00 later. (500 included some product). My sister came home bawling, so embarrassed of her hair as it was blue, green, yellow, white, silver. She went back on 03/02/2021 to return her products she had bought. They were unable to give her a paper receipt and said they will text her a receipt, well we are 24 hours later and no receipt and no refund has hit my account or is in pending. When she was there on 03/02/2021 she told him how upset with her hair she was and he said nothing was wrong with her hair. Her hair is nothing what the image she showed him, and he just kept saying nothing was wrong. She asked for a refund but he said no. I had gone and written reviews and he is deleting them. People need to know. He basically stole from me, and he was so neglecting of the situation. I am a mess. I have beautiful long hair and he destroyed it.
