Gotta give them credit they can braid but watch them on the prices cause they will tell one thing on the phone and when you get in there and they see your hair this is the famous saying all the spots say ooh you have allot of hair it's gonna cost more dam you think everybody bald headed that needs there hair done🤣

I got my hair done here twice! First was knotless braids and the second was a style I wanted to try. Honestly I had no complain. I paid 160$ for knotless hair with hair included and I left 20.00 tip My second style was with a sew in and it was 180. Even though the sew in coulda been a little better I still enjoyed my hairstyle. I had my knotless in for 2 months I will definitely return again

I got medium large box braids that is already looking like it’s ready to come out . The lady who did my hair was unprofessional and seemed like she didn’t want to do my hair in the first place. She did an ok job, I braid hair from the time I got out her chair I knew the work she had done was not worth $155 and I have a $5 tip . I reached out to figure what they can do for me, I was told I would get a call ? Nothing but they all swear they’re so holy . I now have to take my braids out because it looks like I had them in for months and I got them done 2 weeks ago . WOULDNT RECOMMEND!

This shop owner (Bernade) is completely Unprofessional and does not deserve to have clientele. I booked an appointment with her 2 days prior, received a text confirming the appointment for 8:30am. I took the day off from work to get my hair braided and when I got there Bernade already had someone in her chair. She gave me absolutely no explanation or apology. Just said it was a “miscommunication “ and to come back in the afternoon. I showed her the text of her confirming the appointment and my response with yes confirmed and she said NOTHING, just proceeded to braid the other persons hair without any remorse. I wasted a PTO day and she literally did not care. I was so upset but had to be the bigger person and walk away just knowing she lost a client and I would never ever recommend her to anyone else. This place is absolutely unprofessional and they don’t care about your valuable time. Zero stars if I could

If I could give a negative 1 I would. I was referred to this shop and I spoke with Bernade about 4 times to confirm this appointment and even called the day before to confirm appointment and I got such an unprofessional response that when she scheduled the appointment she was sick so she didn’t put it down. Like what!!!! Lol you can’t make these things up then she confirm to come and I come and guess what another lame excuse that the person that’s suppose to do called just before I walked in because they had an emergency.
