I don't normally do this but I was so upset about my experience I thought I needed to. I recently went into Salon Couture of Southington to get my hair done... N while I was referred there by a friend she nor I will ever go back because of the horrible experience I had. I asked to have my extensions replaced to even out my hair and to keep it longer. What I got was horrible. My hair was cut very short and looked bad! When I called to complain I was told that it wasn't possible that that happen. When I finally got them to say they would fix it and went in the next week. When I went back to have it fixed, they actually made it look even worse. When I called to complain the owner told me that his wife ( who did my hair and never once talked to me) was an expert and does not make mistakes. Funny I thought we were all human and all of us made mistakes. When I told them the way it should have been fixed, I was told they could not possibly do that because it costs too much and would take too much time! Really! Well they had not problem taking my money and doing such a bad job in the first place! The following day I asked the girls at work to take all of the horrible extensions out for me. While we struggled for a long time I finally call Salon Couture back n asked if the could at least give me the solution to take them out? I was told no because he did not want to be liable for that. He also told me buyers remorse was a bad thing to have! What kind of owner talks to a customer like that? I suggest never going there. They are all about the money and don't care about the client at all!!! Oh I forgot to mention he told me the price was higher because I had my hair colored...but I never even received that service!

My wife loves getting her hair done here. Richard does an excellent job with her hair. I love her highlights!

LOVE THIS PLACE! No matter what service I've had, or what stylist, it's always a great experience. All of the staff is extremely friendly, and their quality of work is great. Everyone is extremely knowledgable and professional. I've recommended multiple friends/family here, who all feel the same!

Always a pleasure every time I go in to see Richard Paradis. I've been to many salons and I can honestly state that I would not go anywhere else. The salon is very accommodating, great location, clean and Richard always has me looking great when I leave the salon. I would highly recommend anyone to stop down and get the Couture treatment from one of the best hairstylists I know.
