I loved my first experience here but the second wasn’t very good at all. After I explained what I wanted they had me sign this paper saying I had listened and agreed with their idea on what to do. I made it clear what I wanted and made sure that I asked if I would notice a big difference and that I would have what I wanted and I was given a chorus of yes’s. After it was done I saw the slightest change in the brass tone of my hair and assumed it would set later. After two days, literally looked identical to what I came in with. So I called and said I didn’t think I should have paid $80+ for the work done because it lasted two days. I sent images of what I was going for and the blonde I had told them in the beginning of this and was told that they would recharge me for the entire process because it was “completely different than what I had said in the beginning”, so I asked what could be done about the process they had done that showed hardly any change and I was given a snippy response saying that I did notice a change in the salon “so the process worked”. By this time I didn’t even want the lady near my hair. I’m not mentioning her name despite her negative attitude but it is messed up that you can’t even fix something I paid you for and you didn’t do correctly.
