Went there to get bangs for the first time and the women I had sat me down, twisted the front of my hair and cut it. Came out terrible, she didn't put any time into it, it was uneven and I was mortified. She even looked like she knew she did terrible. Went to another place the next day and they fixed it up for me and I ended up loving them! Wouldn't suggest going here. I have never posted a bad review for anywhere, but I had to for my experience here.

I've been getting my hair cut there for about 4 years and I've only had an issue with the newer stylists Beth, Maria and Bobby before she retired have always done a great job!! There is a new male stylist that very good as well

My sister and I went into Cost Cutters about six weeks ago to get a trim. We waited over 5 minutes at the desk. There were 3 women "woeking". Not one of them even acknowledged us. None made eye contact. No " hello". No " we'll be with you in a minute". Nothing. When we finally walked out, no one even called after us. Worst customer service ever!

tacky, disrespectful, workers in this facilitity. I dont even need to go into detail, all the other comments and rates sum it up real nice. These women got their cosmetology lisence from a crackhead in a trailer park.
