I received a haircut from Acure a few months ago and wanted to return to color my hair because the stylist had awesome reviews but due to work, I had to reschedule twice; once on December 6th which was a 48 hours notice and the second time was today on the same day. I had no bad intentions doing this nor did I want to because I hear great things about this place however I will not accept poor, rude attitude from any business and I do not think Tammy, the front desk associate that hung up the phone on me twice, would either. I will be calling in tomorrow to speak to the manager regarding this situation. I appreciate the service I have received from the stylist in the past and I wish Acure a Happy New Year
