I went to see if she specialized in hair coloring and she treated me so badly I had to start videotaping. She literally told me that she doesn’t like black people and doesn’t like talking to them. I’m African American and just wanted a color. Her video will be shown anywhere I can put it. I couldn’t believe my ears

I loved my haircut! But this salon is really pricey.

I have been going to this salon for a number of years now. I always get a good quality hair cut and color. I agree that sometimes I go and and she charges me different prices which for me is a con. Although the hairdresser does not speak english, she is a talented artist who knows how to cut and color hair. Compared with other higher end salons, the prices are comparable. I usually walk in and tell her to do what she wants, and I'm always happy and get lots of compliments after I cut my hair.

Do not get your hair cut here! This salon does not understand the concept of a service business. Customer satisfaction is not a priority. Not only are the haircuts overpriced, but they are also of inferior quality. The owner is the only hairdresser and she quotes one price on the phone but charges a higher price in person. She is unreasonable, rude, and you will have a difficult time communicating to her what you want. Consumer be wary.

do a great job in coloring and cutting. quality always uniformly good, whereas hit & miss w/ other New Haven salons. always easy to get appointment.
