Bried has been perfecting my hair for 10 years now. She has such a natural talent for color- she knows exactly what I’m trying to acheive with my hair even when I don’t! She’s made me all shades of blonde without compromising the integrity of my hair.

I went here with a Groupon for a keratin treatment. After discussing with Ariel, the stylist I decided this treatment was not for me. She was so kind and offered to do a conditioning treatment and blew my hair out in a gentle and timely manor. This is a very nice salon with lovely people.

The experience with the management is absolutely horrible. You would think that costumer service and keeping the client happy is their aim, you are wrong. It's all about the money here. I had keratin treatment done here and my hair did not change. I have to still blow dry and flat iron my hair to make it straight even after the treatment and I also have massive hair fall. I spoke to Blair who is the manager who is not very responsive and is dismissive. It took two weeks and threats just to get her on the phone and we still have not reached a conclusion on how I will be reimbursed. All is well until you have a peoblem. Once you do , all the best dealing with management. Look at the responses from the manger on Google. It takes them 2 years just to apologize!! U decide!!
