Just had my hair cut at Details Hair Studios in Norwich, CT . WOW!!!!!!. It's been more than 15 years since I had a really good hair cut or for that matter a cut I like. Details has everything from how-to tips for styling your hair, to treatment repair products, to spa facials & massages. More than that their professionalism, and training is no less than up-scale salon; with very affordable fees. I was treated like a VIP. Heidi really understood what I wanted and how to treat my hair issues. She instructed me in how to use my blow dryer and brush to achieve the style I like. Heidi gave me back my "Great Hair" day confidence. I left with a packet of information about the services and products Details offers and loads of discount coupons for most every service they offer; but most importantly, I left feeling fabulous. IT'S AMAZING HOW A GREAT HAIR CUT CAN MAKE YOU FEEL. I made an appointment for more of their services because they put the DETAILS in my salon needs. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND DETAILS HAIR SALON.

Very disappointed with the level of expertise. When you pay an arm and a leg for wedding hair and make-up you expect the best. The makeup artistry was subpar to say the least. Coming from an artist who has been doing makeup for almost 12 years. Lashes were falling off, liner not symmetrical, contouring done with bronzer, eyeshadow not blended. Two of the girls went home to do their makeup over themselves. I hope that if we're paying good money we get a good service in return. Very unsatisfied. The hair looked great that's one thing I can say!
