So I went there first time, James did a great job. But second time on my appt day, he cancelled my appointment and have never heard from him again. I am very sorry I was in wrong skin.

I really hit the jackpot today. After several months of health issues my hair became very neglected. Today I found Shunta at the Gfraffiti. She colored my hair and toned down the highlights and grave me the best haircut and shampoo ever. Thank you Shunta for making me feel so much better when I look in the mirror. Very people friendly salon and very reasonable in price.

A broken dryer can be fixed but a stylist with an attitude just needs to be replaced. This was my first time trying out Graffiti and I was excited....until I met the stylist with a bad attitude. She put me under a broken dryer that she knew was broken (btw other dryers were available and I should have never been put under a broken dryer in the first place). Not satisfied with her service. My hair had no curls. It was a waste of time and money. Despite this, Yes I would recommend Graffiti to others. It's a beautiful salon located in Smyrna. There's plenty of parking and the place is clean. However, I'm telling ppl who I recommend to choose your stylist carefully. There's several options of stylist to choose from but just be careful who you choose.
