I decided to get a haircut since it was long over due, when I walked in the place was empty except for two stylist sitting down. My friend and me were asked by one of them if we were both gettting haircuts, to which we answered yes, she just scuffed and rolled her eyes at us, then she asked if we were both new clients as well to which we answered yes. She scoffed again and rolled her eyes at us, the igher stylist was very nice but the others rude attitude made us decide to leave immediately and never want to go back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Not at all polite to the costumers. Very bad service. The lady did not even have patients to brush the hair. From their words to the service, it was really bad that made us decide never to visit again. Extremely disappointing behavior by the staff.

Very friendly staff and good service. They don't clean up floor below the seats before inviting you to hair cut.

Take my son here alot. He is never really satisfied. Today will be the last time. The stylish never listen and do what they want. When the lobby gets busy they start rushing even faster. Nicole a manager has done him at midway great clips the last 3 times. He comes out with hair stuck to his neck and face. That's what the brushes are for to dust off loose hair. The nape of his hairline in back was uneven I had to fix that. Points in some places through the hair meaning cut uneven. And he even said you cut my ears out and she said you didn't want that?? No it's in the computer. Sorry we are just real busy today. Well great clips you aren't so great😪

It was my first experience at Great Clips, Linda is who cut my hair. She was great. I was a very satisfied customer. That was 13 weeks ago. I'm going back in today and I'm taking my daughter with me to have her hair cut also. Gave 5 stars. I'm requesting Linda again today.
